DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Please note that all of our orders are being shipped from our warehouse in Nigeria with either of the following carriers: Local Logistics, GIG or DHL. Which carrier we use depends entirely on your location.
 
All orders proceed with Local Logistics for Lagos State, GIG within Nigeria and DHL for International orders. Pricing will be calculated upon 
 
NOTICE REGARDING SHIPPING TO THE US, UK & EU
 
MAISON EIRĒNĒ does not cover any additional duties, customs, or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not calculated in the product costing, or shipping cost for any order and are at the expense of the receiver. DELIVERY & CANCELLATION
All orders will be dispatched with a tracking link or number that you will receive via e-mail or messaging.
A signature will be required upon delivery.

Customs fees may occur depending on the country of delivery and are to be paid by the customer

*Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order, upon placement (MON-FRI). Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping. Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays will be processed the next business day.  
During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days –excluding standard shipping times.


 
 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipment notification. This will include your order tracking ID or local logistics link tracker.
You can track your order via the link provided in the email or messaging, or directly via the carrier’s website. If you cannot find your tracking code, please contact our customer service team info@maisoneirene.com
